IndustryWomen was founded with the goal of building an attractive and equal industry where gender does not matter. With extensive experience from industry and male-dominated professions, we work for an inclusive and socially sustainable labor market.
Our services are within strategic and tactical competence provision, where we help companies, schools and industry organizations achieve their social sustainability goals. With our industry-adapted work models and training programs related to the EU's new CSRD directive, we have a deep understanding of the industry's needs and reporting requirements.
Our mission is to actively develop organizations and people with the aim of creating long-term successful and socially attractive businesses. This not only creates increased profitability and competitiveness for our customers, but together we work for sustainable social development.
